Brethren,
 

  As we are in April, let’s hope that we have turned a corner weather wise. I also hope that this means higher attendance from you at Lodge meetings. It’s very disappointing to sit in the East and see the same members at each meeting because it means that the direction of the Lodge is not being determined by everyone. Plus your officers are not getting your support as they should. If there is anything that I or the officers can do to get you to meetings please let me know…we are open to suggestions.
 

  We had a successful Stated Meeting at the beginning of March. We voted to donate $2000 for the purchase of a new oil tank for a citizen of Westbrook. Thank you Brother Coleman for bring this to our attention. We are also spon-soring the DeMolay again this year by purchasing a full page ad in their publication.

 

  We voted to have a bottle drive to raise funds for West-brook High School’s Project Graduation. What ever we raise will have an additional $500 add to it by Grand Lodge. You will be receiving more information about this in a separate mailing and for those that have email have already received information regarding this project.
